Ruby Bana joins Carat Media as VP, Planning

Carat Media has acquired a new hand to take care of its planning function. The organisation has roped in Ruby Bana as Vice President, Planning. Prior to this, Bana was with the Maxus, Bangalore. Bana has already assumed her duties in Carat's Delhi office, sources said.

In her new role, Bana would be taking care of the national planning function in a similar manner as Pradeep Iyengar looks after the national buying function. Bana will now be based out of Delhi. The appointment comes in the wake of a series of appointments that Carat Media has recently made with Sujit D'Souza heading the agency's Delhi office.

At the time of filing the story, the agency officials were not available for comments.
