Real Estate TV ropes in Prem Kumar Menon as CEO; Anil Nair appointed as News Head

Real Estate TV, a dedicated channel for real estate and infrastructure, has appointed Prem Kumar Menon as CEO. The channel has also appointed Anil Nair, formerly with Indian Express, as News Head.

Announcing these appointments, Manoj Namburu, CMD, Real Estate TV, said, “The channel is now poised to set up new benchmarks in the Indian electronic media. The English-language pan-India channel’s soft launch has already been received well across the country as it tracks real estate and infrastructure developments extensively.”

Menon has an overall experience of 27 years in media and marketing in companies like Asianet and Zee Network-Bharathi TV, and Hindustan Unilever and PC-India. He was COO of a large media group in Chennai till recently.

Nair brings with him 17 years of experience.

Besides its hourly Realty Check news bulletins on major developments in real estate and infrastructure, Real Estate TV features programmes ranging from House Hunting to Celebrity Homes, Interior Décor to Architecture and Myths & Legends and Going Places. Its research desk provides in-depth analysis of and status reports on important Indian and international real estate sector news.

Real Estate TV has news bureaus with studios in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad, besides a news gathering network covering Kolkata and other cities.
