Ranjan and Gaurav Nautiyal join O&M Delhi as Associate Creative Directors

Ranjan and Gaurav Nautiyal have joined O&M Delhi as Associate Creative Directors in copy and art, respectively. The duo moves from Euro RSCG, where they were Associate Creative Directors and had done a short stint of close to seven months.

Confirming the news, Emmanuel Upputuru, Senior Creative Director, O&M Delhi, said, “Ranjan and Gaurav Nautiyal bring in certain level of maturity and are truly an ‘ideas’ team. Their coming on board is part of the beefing up to further strengthen the creative team.”

The duo will primarily look after Hutch in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, and the recently bagged Virgin Atlantic account.

The Nautiyals join O&M after almost a five-month sabbatical following their leaving Euro RSCG. Speaking on their joining, Gaurav Nautiyal said, “We have earlier worked at O&M and what brings us back is that the agency is about like-minded people who have come together to do good advertising. We are looking forward to doing some good work here.”

Prior to joining Euro RSCG, the Nautiyals were with O&M. They have also worked with Bates Enterprise and Contract Advertising. In their career, they have worked on various well-known brands, including Schneider, Voltas, LG Microwave, Microsoft, Hindustan Times, NIIT and Maruti.
