Entertainment Network (India) Ltd (ENIL) has restructured its top management. Former National Marketing Head, Kaushik Ghosh has been made National Head, Business Development & Corporate Strategy, while Kavita Bagga takes over from him. National Content Head Riya Mukherjee has been promoted as National Head, CSR & Brand Integration.
In his business development role, Ghosh will work with a team to generate business out of key advertisers that still do not use radio in a big way. In his strategy role he will focus on developing new business initiatives and charting out a growth trajectory for ENIL.
Prior to this new role as Marketing Head, Bagga was heading the Fashion & Lifestyle Business at 360 degrees for the last two and a half years. She will now be responsible for key Marketing decisions at Radio Mirchi.
In her new responsibility, Mukherjee will seek and evaluate the causes that Mirchi would adopt and support, while ensuring that the causes are in sync with the brand identity and help positioning it as a responsible media entity. Her new portfolio would include areas of Bollywood and TV content, corporate communication and events, and most importantly, fleshing out specific ideas that allow Radio Mirchi to carry forward current and future brand initiatives – hand in hand with the brand marketing and programming.
