R Sreekant has come on board Tag Media Network as Assistant Vice President, Sales. In his new role, he will responsible for the marketing and sales operations of the company in the North. He moves from Hello FM, where he was Regional Head-North.
On Sreekant’s appointment, Kapil Bahri, Vice President, Sales (North & East), Tag Media Network, said, “Sreekant has been in media sales for nearly 10 years in various markets, and at every level of his career, has proven himself as a top performer. His track record of successfully handling sales for newer mediums and developing new revenue streams is unmatched, and we are thrilled to have him on board with us.”
Tuhin Mishra, Executive VP, National Sales & Marketing, Tag Media, added, “We are very happy to have Sreekant on board. With his strong TV, print and radio experience, he would be adding enormously to our ever expanding North & East business.”
Sreekant has over 10 years’ experience in sales. He had worked with Hello FM, TV 9, and Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd, among others. On his new role, he said, “This is an emerging medium and everybody is looking up to it as the medium of the future. So, it’s great to be part of it and learn as we move along.”
