Prasun Kumar quits General Motors to join Levi’s as Senior Brand Manager

After a very brief stint, Prasun Kumar has quit General Motors and joined Levi’s as Senior Brand Manager. He will be looking after the overall Levi’s brand. At GM, too, he was Senior Brand Manager, looking after the media function and the GM brand as a whole.

Prior to joining GM, Kumar was with Madison as Associate Media Director for two years. Prior to Madison, he was with Mudra as Group Business Manager looking after the non-Samsung business for one and a half years. He has also worked with McCann Erickson for four years. He began his career with Capital Advertising.

In his previous agencies he has worked largely on automobile brands such as Hindustan Motors, Hyundai, Maruti and General Motors. He has also worked on ICICI Deluxe, Reckitt Benckiser and Madura Garments.
