Pradeep Gangal re-joins Mh1

Media veteran Pradeep Gangal is slated to join Mh1 TV Network as Group CEO and Director from July 2012. He will join Mh1 from GoBindas Entertainment / Cairn Technologies, where he is currently serving as Managing Director and CEO.

This will be Gangal’s second stint with Mh1, having worked as Group CEO before. In his new role, he will be reporting to Mahendra Bathla, Chairman, Mh1 Network.

Confirming the news to exchange4media, Pradeep Gangal said, “Since my expertise has always been in media space, it was my dream to contribute to Mh1 TV Network for better positioning and higher revenues, especially in times when complete digitisation is happening in this field. I also plan to launch new properties/ ground events so that the clients and the agencies get value for money. I also plan to launch more channels to make Mh1 a national-level player in all zones.”

Adding on how he looks at the future of the network, Gangal said, “Mh1 has great potential to grow. And with the vision of Mahendra Bathla, the company can take the leadership at the regional level and can also be one of the most important players at the national level. My endeavours will be in the same direction.”

In the course of his career spanning over 33 years, Gangal has worked with companies such as Super Cassette Industries, Indian Express Newspapers and Videocon International in various senior-level positions.
