PerceptH appoints Joydeep Dasgupta as COO for West region

PerceptH has roped in Joydeep Dasgupta as its new COO for the West region. Dasgupta moves from Mudra, Chennai, where he was heading the Chennai office. He will be based out of Mumbai and will be reporting to Prabhakar Mundkur, CEO, PerceptH.

Confirming the appointment, Mundkar said, “We have been looking for a replacement for this post for quiet some time. Till now, it was me who had a dual role of a CEO and COO. We were on the hunt for somebody who could fit in that role and had good knowledge of the kind of work and clients that we work with. Thus, Joydeep steps in all the parameters that we were looking for. We are happy to have him on board as our new COO, West, for PerceptH.”

At Mudra, Dasgupta was focusing on inorganic growth, talent management and the creative product. Prior to that, he was VP at Mudra, Mumbai, where he was handling brands such as Union Bank, Bank of Baroda and Future Group.
