PepsiCo’s Ashok Narain moves; joins Grassik’s Rajeev Thakur to launch Corporate Management Group

Ashok Narain, Executive Vice-President -- HR, PepsiCo, has resigned. He is setting up Corporate Management Group with Rajeev Thakur of New Delhi-based Executive Search firm Grassik Consultants. Narain will head Corporate Management Group, a leadership search and talent management firm, as its Chief Executive. Narain brings with him years of industry experience across organizations, including DCM, Living Media, Nestle and PepsiCo. Rajeev Thakur has 14 years of experience in the areas of executive search and career counselling.

“While setting up the new venture, I couldn’t think of a more capable person than Ashok to partner with. We plan to leverage our skills and provide a credible leadership talent solution to our clients based on authentic assessments of potential capabilities rather than perceived capabilities which invariably do not take into account cultural fitments and lead to failures,” said Thakur.

Narain is a PepsiCo accredited staffing specialist with extensive exposure in executing leadership talent mandates, and is a PepsiCo certified trainer with several years of experience in imparting leadership and behavioral skills, and driving HR processes and systems.

In a statement, Corporate Management Group stated that it would focus on delivering ‘exclusive leadership searches, turnkey staffing projects and talent management advisory to corporates’.
