O&M appoints two new heads for its digital services

Ogilvy & Mather India has announced two new appointments for its digital services. While Kaizad M Pardiwalla has been appointed President, OgilvyOne India, Prasanth Mohanachandran has been appointed as Executive Director-Digital Services and Neo@Ogilvy. Both of them will be reporting to Pratap Bose, CEO, O&M India, and their appointments are effective from May 15 this year.

Commenting on the appointments, Bose said, “Both Kaizad and Prasanth are the perfect partners to lead Ogilvy into the digital future. I am confident that under their leadership, the specialised practices of Healthcare and Search will grow significantly, while they maintain their leadership position on the direct marketing business.”

Pardiwalla currently heads OgilvyOne Worldwide, Mumbai, and has been with O&M since 1997. Having started his career at Lowe in 1995, he moved to OgilvyOne as Business Director and headed the operations of the Western region while working on various brands across categories and audiences.

Under his guidance, OgilvyOne Mumbai managed to work with brands like Unilever, Cadbury, ICICI Bank, UTI Bank, DHL, CISCO, Hutch, Reader’s Digest, Reliance Capital, Walt Disney and Tata Motors, among others.

Mohanachandran was VP–Digital, OgilvyOne and Ineo@Ogilvy, until this new appointment. He was leading Ogilvy’s digital team and also successfully launched the India operations of Neo@Ogilvy. He joined Ogilvy Interactive India as its CTO, and later moved on to lead the business.

Prior to joining Ogilvy, he was a founder Director and CTO of eDeltaC Communications, an online marketing agency which merged into Ogilvy Interactive in January 2002.
