PIX, Sony Entertainment Television’s latest offering, has announced the appointment of Nydia Dias as Marketing and Communications Manager. Dias, who joined PIX from May 15, will report to Sunder Aaron, the Business Head of the channel.

Commenting on Dias’ appointment, Aaron said, “Nydia brings with her valuable experience of over eight years in the field of media and is assigned to drive PIX’s marketing and communications profile. She is an innovative, tough person and we expect her to accomplish much for us in her new role.”

Speaking about her new role, Dias said, “It is a great opportunity to work for an international Hollywood movie network, as movies are a personal passion.
