Niranjan Tadanki joins Mantri Developers as Head of Marketing

Niranjan Tadanki has joined Mantri Developers as Head of Marketing. Mantri Developers is a leading name in the real estate industry in South India with several landmark properties, including residential buildings and commercial space, and has now diversified into education with international schools and retail as well. Prior to joining Mantri, Tadanki was with Madison Media as CEO of Madison Outsel Promotions and had been with the agency for the last three years.

Tadanki has been with the client servicing side of various agencies, including Euro RSCG, JWT and McCann Erickson. On his new role, he said, “It is a natural progression as opportunities with an agency are limited in Bangalore, and the next move would mean moving to either Delhi or Mumbai.”

He further said, “Mantri is a reputed brand that has grown manifold in the last 10 years. There is opportunity galore in terms of communication that one can do in the real estate sector, like tapping the Internet and make the virtual journey of a prospective customer as real as it can be. It is critical to have an understanding of the media to leverage the opportunities that communication can bring to this sector.”
