Nikon’s Prashant Singh to join TSA as Associate Director, Business Development

Sports marketing firm Total Sports Asia has roped in Prashant Kumar Singh as Associate Director, Business Development. He will be reporting to Suvrangsu Mukherjee, MD Total Sports Asia for the Indian Subcontinent. Singh joins TSA from Nikon India, where he was heading the marketing function.

TSA is Asia’s independent sports marketing company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, with offices in Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Mumbai and Delhi.

Commenting on Singh’s appointment, Mukherjee said, “We are extremely happy to have Prashant on board. This will certainly help strengthen our national sales team, which is now growing from strength to strength. This is a further testimony to TSA’s growing commitment to India.”

Singh brings in years of experience in the consumer durables industry. He was Nikon India’s first employee and was instrumental in setting up the company in the country and had played a key role in the strategic growth of the company as the Head of Marketing. His contribution was well recognised by Nikon’s global headquarters in Tokyo and was felicitated with numerous awards during his tenure. Prior to Nikon, Singh had worked with LG Electronics India in the marketing function.
