Adarkar will provide leadership to the Nielsen Bases India and South Africa businesses and will play an important regional role for Unilever, managing large Unilever hubs in Mumbai and Johannesburg.

On his new role, Adarkar said, “It is the best time to be in India, managing my current profile at Nielsen Bases. The dynamism in the industry is exciting and inviting, with its myriad challenges. It feels great to be back.”
