Nandu Narasimhan, ECD (Delhi and Bangalore), has bid adieu to Saatchi & Saatchi yet again. Narasimhan had joined Saatchi & Saatchi as ECD in August 2008 for his second stint with the agency. Ramanuj Shastry, NCD, Saatchi & Saatchi, has confirmed the development.
In between his two stints with Saatchi & Saatchi, Narasimhan was with Vyas Gianetti Creative (VGC) as National Creative Director.
He had begun his career with Tara Sinha Associates in 1989 as a copywriter. After a year, he moved on to Everest Integrated Communications, Delhi, where he had handled brands such as Viva, Maltova and LML Vespa. In 1993, he moved to Lowe (then Lintas), where he worked on the Maruti, Xerox, Casablanca and Steel Authority of India (SAIL) accounts. The four-year stint at Lowe was followed by a two-year stint at TBWA\India (then TBWA Anthem).
After that he returned to Lowe. Two years on, he moved to Contract as Creative Director, where his portfolio included Dabur and Domino’s Pizza, among others. Narasimhan was Regional Creative Director at Grey Worldwide from 2004-06. He then joined Saatchi & Saatchi Delhi in June 2006, where he worked on brands such as Sony Ericsson and Mother Dairy, before joining VGN.
