Mudra Bangalore strengthens operations team with 2 new Group Business Directors

Sujay Ghosh and Anchal Duggal have joined Mudra Bangalore as Group Business Directors as part of the agency’s expansion plan in the South.

Ghosh’s last assignment was with Dentsu. A postgraduate in Management, he has previously worked for JWT, Response and Saatchi & Saatchi. He has worked across categories and brands such as Pepsi, Tata Indicom, Dabur, Raymond, Turtle shirts, Blaupunkt, TNT and Bosch. More recently, he was handling Acer and Amrutanjan amongst other clients at Dentsu.

Prior to joining Mudra South, Duggal has worked in Rediffusion and Triton. With over a decade of experience in advertising and running client business, she is expected to bring her people management skills to the fore. She has worked across categories and brands that include Honda scooters, The Home Store, Sanyo, Daikin, IFFCO TOKIO general insurance and Sony Ericsson amongst others.

S. Radhakrishnan, Executive VP and Head-Mudra South, said, “Our Bangalore operations are at a threshold. Sujay comes in at the right time. We have been steadily expanding relationships and it is great to have him partner us in driving our business growth in Bangalore. He has an opportunity to facilitate some good work on a portfolio that includes TTK Prestige, Madura Garments and United Spirits amongst others.”

Commenting on Duggal’s appointment, Radhakrishnan said, “Anchal is a great addition to the Bangalore office. She will be spearheading the United Spirits business, and together with Sujay, will drive growth for us in tandem at Bangalore.”

Ghosh commented, “Mudra has an amazing portfolio. The assignment is pretty clear in terms of driving business growth and managing key relationships.”

As for Duggal, she observed, “For me it is coming to a group that is poised to take advantage of emerging opportunities. The assignment is exciting and I believe that with the kind of offerings that Mudra has, we can really drive business growth. Having said that, it is critical to get some wonderful work on the brands that we are working on.”
