McCann Erickson elevates Naren Multani to Film Chief, South Asia

McCann Erickson has promoted Naren Multani as Film Chief, South Asia. Prior to this elevation, Multani was Senior Creative Director and National Film Head. Multani now assumes a broader role in the region given the additional duty as Film Chief, South Asia. Apart from India, the Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh offices will also now draw upon Multani as integral resource. Multani’s new role is effective immediately.

Prasoon Joshi, Executive Chairman, McCann Erickson India, said, “Naren has immensely contributed to the growth and reputation of the company. His talent, commitment and passion have been more than evident in our final product. In fact, he has redefined the manner in which film departments within agencies were looked at. The proactive, dedicated and zealous film department that we have today stands testimony to the efforts that have gone in by Naren and his team to make it the best in the industry today.”

Multani led the Creative Production workshop in Sri Lanka most recently, wherein all McCann Erickson offices in South Asia participated. An official communiqué stated, “Multani has been a tremendous asset to each of our offices and also recently helped in Singapore on an important project.”

“I am positive that he will bring in the same level of skill and passion to enhance our regional offering and add immense value,” added Joshi.
