McCann’s Nikhil Nehru joins Drizzlin Media’s Board of Advisors

Nikhil Nehru, Ex-President, Mc Cann Erickson World Group India has joined Drizzlin Media India Pvt. Ltd's Board of Advisors.

Nehru, with more than 40 years of experience in the communications industry, has held senior positions in some of Indian's largest advertising agencies including JWT and was also responsible for setting-up Thomson Social (JWT's arm for social and development communications).

Speaking about joining Drizzlin, Nikhil Nehru says -"I look forward to working with the team, they are an enthusiastic and motivated group of young professionals. We have some avenues of mutual interest we are keen on exploring."

Deepak Goel, Founder and CEO, Drizzlin adds -"With Nikhil's years of experience of running agencies, we're happy that he chose to join us here at Drizzlin - we are keen to do some interesting work together.

Apart from running his own marketing and communications consultancy, Nikhil is also currently Chairman (India) of Results International Group (a U.K. based M&A firm in the marketing and communications arena) and is on the Governing Board of Plan India (an NGO for "children in difficult circumstances"). He assumes his role to support Drizzlin in some on-going initiatives, specifically in the space of Sustainability and Employer Branding.

Drizzlin is a branding consultancy that helps brands develop more tangible and engaging brand propositions by leveraging the Internet. Some of its clients include Lenovo Global, Microsoft, ESPN, Airtel, SBI Cards, Wrangler Denims and Ed Hardy. The company was established in 2008 and currently operates out of India and the UK.
