Maxus business manager Deepak Sharma quits to join Starcom

After serving a period of a year-and-a-half at Maxus Global as Business Manager, Deepak Sharma has put in his papers. He is moving on to join Starcom as the accounts group head.

His new role will include taking care of accounts under Starcom’s umbrella, like Aircel, Malaysian Airlines etc. At Maxus, he was working on accounts like Dalmia consumer care, Department of Tourism and Electrolux.

Sharma has had an experience of five years in the media industry. Prior to joining Maxus, he had a brief stint at McCann before which he worked for three years with RK Swamy BBDO, Bombay.

He is currently serving his notice period at Maxus and will be joining Starcom in the first week of February.
