Lowe Lintas appoints Upasana Dua as Associate VP

Lowe Lintas Delhi has brought on board Upasana Dua as Associate Vice President. She took charge from April 1, 2011.

Confirming Das’ appointment, Naveen Gaur, Executive Director, Lowe Lintas, said, “She comes from JWT, where she had worked as Senior Planning Director, leading a team of planners on GlaxoSmithkline’s brands such as Horlicks, Boost and Iodex.”

Apart from the mentioned accounts, she has also worked on Monster, ITC, Spice Mobiles, Nature Fresh oils and several projects around rural markets and brands at JWT.

Dua has also handled projects in the social development sector as a consultant with agencies like UNICEF, World Bank, UNDP, WHO, and CARE at an earlier stage in her career. Thereon shifting focus, she moved to advertising and worked with Lintas and Bates 141 before joining JWT.

Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
