Keertan Adyanthaya, VP and GM, Vh1 India, has put in his papers. Adyanthaya has not commented on where he is next headed. He had joined Vh1 in June 2005.
However, as per the industry buzz, Adyanthaya is reportedly moving back to STAR India as Content Head. No comments were available on the same at the time of filing the report.
Prior to Vh1, Adyanthaya was with STAR India as Programming Head of Channel [v], Star Movies and Star World. He began his career as a Media Planner in 1995 with Euro RSCG, and then moved on to O&M, before joining Mindshare Fulcrum. His entry into the television business was with Channel [v], where he was heading the channel until 2003, and then moved to Star News as Brand Director.
