It’s official: Bobby Pawar is Chief Creative Officer & Managing Partner, JWT India

After over three years with Mudra Communications, Bobby Pawar has bid adieu to the organisation. While the rumour has been doing rounds for some time, Pawar has put all speculations to rest and confirmed to exchange4media that he is indeed headed to JWT India.

Pawar is joining JWT India as Chief Creative Officer and Managing Partner India, working with JWT India CEO Colvyn Harris. His appointment fills in a long-term void of the post at the company.

Prior to joining Mudra, Pawar was with BBDO Chicago. He has worked with several global creative behemoths such as Neil French, Rick Boyko, Steve Hayden and Marty Orzio and planning stalwarts such as Tony Wright and Chip Walker.

At Mudra, Pawar played a key role alongside the MD & CEO of the company Madhukar Kamath and senior officials such as Pratap Bose, CEO, Mudra Max to bring Mudra Communications to its current stature.

Both at international awards platforms including Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia and festivals in India such as GoaFest, Mudra Communications has been one of the highest-awarded Indian creative agency in 2011.
