Anish Varghese has been brought on board as Group Creative Director, Isobar India. He is tasked with building a creative team of global standards. He will report to Shamsuddin Jasani, Managing Director, Isobar India. Varghese joins in from Interactive Avenues, where he was working as Senior Creative Director.
Commenting on Varghese’s appointment, Jasani said, “Anish is a visionary creative leader with 14+ years of experience in digital advertising. He has hands on experience in blending art with technology. Creative is core to everything we do, and with Anish coming in, it will only go from strength to strength.”
On his new role, Varghese said, “It’s great to be part of a global agency. My role will be to nurture Isobar India’s creative team to the next level by creating brand experience through integrated digital campaigns with the right mixture of technology.”
Varghese had worked with Interactive Avenues for seven years, where his work profile included nurturing a creative squad of art enthusiasts to strategic thinkers. He had handled brands such as Fiat, Skoda Fabia, Mahindra Scorpio, Mahindra Bolero, Mahindra Thar, Skore, World Vision, FedEx, Siemens, Bosch, SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential, Tanishq, Durex, Sony, Intel, Jet Airways, Mahindra Two Wheelers, Club Mahindra, Travelocity, and Dell.
Besides Interactive Avenues, Varghese also had a stint with Flip Media (2006) and Tribal DDB India (2004). At Flip Media, he had worked on brands such as Mercedes Benz, Red Bull, Dubai Festival, Emaar, Damas, and Qatar Airways. At Tribal DDB India, he had handled brands such as Philips, Maruti Swift, Itch Guard, Air France, Citibank, Kodak, and Malaysian Airlines.
