Hello FM beefs up marketing and sales team

Hello FM has made some key additions to its sales and marketing team recently. Charles, who was Associate Vice-President, Brand, has been promoted as Marketing Head of the FM station.

Charles, who has over 14 years’ experience in advertising and marketing, has earlier worked with HCL, Mudra, and Satyam Infoway.

Commenting on his new assignment, he said, “We are part of an entity that’s seven decades strong and enjoys numero uno status in the morning and evening daily space and, therefore, we have the professional compulsion to be No. 1 in radio space as well. My new assignment is highly challenging given the competitive nature of the Chennai FM industry. I would strive to make Hello FM the No. 1 brand in Chennai,” he added.

Meanwhile, the other appointments at Hello Fm include that of Thyagraj as Assistant Vice-President, West. Thyagraj has earlier worked with Raj TV, Asianet and The Times of India. He has over 10 years’ experience in the industry.

Senthil Kumar has been appointed as Associate Vice-President, South. He will be based in Chennai. His earlier assignment was with Radio Mirchi, Chennai, where he headed the Activations Department. In his current role, Kumar will head Hello FM’s activations department besides Ad Sales for the Southern region.

Srikanth has joined as Senior Manager, Sales, North. He would be based in Delhi. Srikanth has close to seven years’ experience in media sales.
