Harish Doraiswamy, CEO of Zee News, quits; to start his own retailing venture

It is learnt from reliable sources that Harish Doraiswany, CEO of Zee News Ltd, has put in his papers. Doraiswamy is set to start his own venture in garment and apparel retailing. At the time of filing the report, exchange4media could not get Doraiswamy’s comments as he was busy in a meeting.

Prior to joining Zee News, Doraiswamy was CEO of Mercury Travels (Oberoi Group). He has also worked with adidas India as Director-Marketing, and later as COO of the company. In 2004, he joined IMG India where he was responsible for the business development of the company.
