Gautam Sharma joins India TV as Senior VP, Sales

Gautam Sharma has joined India TV as Senior Vice-President, Sales. He moves from Star News, where he was working as Assistant Vice-President and Head of Revenue (North) for four years. Sharma has also worked with Aaj Tak, Star TV and Planman Media and has an experience of 11 years in the media industry.

Commenting on Sharma’s appointment, Ritu Dhawan, Managing Director and CEO, India TV, said, “India TV is a young and energetic organisation, Gautam Sharma, with his energy and enthusiasm, fits in beautifully with India TV’s philosophy and determination to achieve greater heights. We welcome him on board.”

On joining India TV, Sharma said, “India TV is the only news organisation that is expanding. It is a great opportunity for me to grow, and I am excited about working at India TV’s new state of the art facility.”
