Dr Anil Singh joins Aaj Tak as Executive Editor

Dr Anil Singh has been appointed as Executive Editor of Aaj Tak. He had recently quit ABP News as Executive Editor, where he was spearheading programmes such as ‘Kaun Banega Mukhyamantri’ (KBM) and other special projects of the channel.

Dr Singh is an electronic news media veteran. He had joined the erstwhile Star News in 2005 when Uday Shankar was the Editor and CEO of Media Content & Communication Services (MCCS).

Dr Singh has authored several books on India’s socio-political scenario and defence-related issues. Earlier, in March this year, his book, ‘Bihar: Chaos to Chaos’ was released by Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde in the presence of senior politicians across the political spectrum, including former Chief Minister of Bihar, Laloo Prasad Yadav.
