DNA elevates R Jagganathan as Executive Editor for all editions

DNA has promoted R Jagganathan to the post of Executive Editor for all its editions, including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat and Jaipur. With this move, resident editors of all editions would report to Jagganathan directly.

In addition to this, he would also function as Managing Editor of Bhaskar Group’s soon-to-be-launched business daily. Yatish Rajawat, the newly appointed Editor of the business daily, will also report to him.

In an internal mail, KU Rao, CEO, DNA, had said, “I am happy to announce the elevation of R Jagannathan as Executive Editor of all DNA editions, including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat and Jaipur, with immediate effect. The resident editors of all these editions, and all future editions of DNA, will report to him directly.”

Jagganathan has over 30 years’ experience in print. He has been the Editor of Businessworld and The Financial Express. He was the founding Editor of Business Today. Before joining DNA Money as Editor in 2005, Jagganathan was Executive Editor of Business Standard. He moved up the ladder at DNA Mumbai to the post of Managing Editor before latest the promotion.
