PerceptH has appointed Dilip Marathe as its Creative Head for Mumbai. Marathe will be reporting to Iqbal Raj, National Creative Director, PerceptH. He moves from Rediffusion DYR, where he had spent over 13 years. Prior to Rediffusion DYR, Marathe had worked with agencies like Trikaya Grey and McCann Erickson.
Commenting on Marathe’s appointment, Prabhakar Mundkur, CEO, PerceptH, said, “In his 18 years of experience in advertising, Dilip has worked on leading international and national brands across categories. He is an inspiring leader and his experience and expertise is sure to add value to our clients.”
Raj said, “He has a proven track record and excellent conceptual and team management skills. He will bring that extra impetus that will drive us to the next level of excellence.”
On his new assignment, Marathe said, “I’m excited about this new assignment and my role in PerceptH. The agency has witnessed an upswing and part of my job would be to ensure that we maintain our creative edge that has been the strength of PerceptH over the years.”
