Devdarshan Chakraborty soon to join board of Perfect Relations

Devdarshan Chakraborty, ex-CEO of Vaishnavi is all set to join the board of Perfect Relations over the next few weeks, Dilip Cherian, Consulting Partner of the firm, confirmed the news to exchange4media.com.

Further elaborating the key responsibilities of Chakraborty, Cherian said he would spearhead certain integration activities that are related to both acquisition and mergers. Value-added products and creation of new properties that may either be sold across the system or as stand alone products would also be looked after by him, he added.

Acquisition of senior talent in three areas like client strategy, direct communications department and international media relations would be a part of the expansion plans which Cherian has under his sleeves.
