D’zine Garage appoints Stephen W Pardue as CEO; opens new office in the US

D’zine Garage, a leading digital agency headquartered in Chennai, announced on January 6 that its Board of Directors had appointed Stephen W Pardue as its new CEO. Concurrently, D’zine also opened its first office in San Diego, California USA, where Pardue will be based.

Making the announcement, Hari Sethuraman, Chairman, D’zine Garage, said, “As part of our ongoing expansion, D’zine is pleased to appoint Pardue and open its latest office in San Diego. After London, this strategic appointment and the launch of D’zine’s first US office set the stage for us to grow our international footprint by delivering our services to US-based brands.”

Pardue has over 30 years of experience in the technology and digital industry. As CEO, he will focus on the establishment and execution of a strategic direction to accelerate overall corporate growth for the company.

Prior to joining D’zine, Pardue had spent several years as Senior Vice President with Visual Sciences (formerly WebSideStory), where he was responsible for developing the global financial services market for WSS’ on-demand web analytics services and developing the overall Asia Pacific Japan market. Before that he had served in a number of executive leadership positions with S1 Corporation, his last position being President of S1 Asia Pacific. He was also the Vice President of Payment Systems and Market Development with VISA for five years. Pardue is a graduate from the East Carolina University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Econometrics.

For the record, founded in early 1998, D’zine Garage is India’s oldest digital agency and a leading provider of digital media communication services and offshore digital production solutions. The agency pioneered the concept of building “online communities around brands” in India and today boasts of more than 100 active customers in four continents. The agency also works with a number of leading global digital agencies as production partners, which has led to the setting up of a successful ‘offshore digital factory’ business.

The Chennai-headquartered agency has offices in Mumbai and London besides the newly-opened office in San Diego.
