Contract India makes senior level appointments in Delhi & Mumbai

Contract India has announced the appointment of Madhumita Deb as Senior Creative Director in Delhi and Kunal Chakravarty as Vice President, Account Management in its Mumbai office.

Commenting on the new appointments, Rana Barua, Chief Operating Officer, Contract India said, “I am excited to have Kunal and Madhumita on board. They both possess the right mix of talent, experience and energy that will ensure we deliver on our promise of creative excellence and offer the best value proposition for our clients.”

Deb joins in from Everest Brand Solutions. Prior to this, she has worked with agencies, including Pickle Lintas, Leo Burnett and a short stint in Contract. In her career spanning 17 years, Deb has worked across brands such as Maaza, General Motors, Dabur, Bacardi, Nestlé, Perfetti, Tetra Pak, Volvo and Marlboro.

Speaking on Deb’s appointment, Ashish Chakravarty, NCD, Contract Advertising said, “I am very happy to have Madhumita on board. She brings with her a wealth of experience on brands across categories, especially lifestyle and women-oriented brands. She is a welcome addition to the pool of talent in Delhi Creative.”

Chakravarty who joins in from BBH, has over 13 years of experience across agencies such as Havas Worldwide, Lowe, Rediffusion and Triton. He has worked with brands such as Tata Sky, IndianOil, HDFC, BPCL, Acer, CRY and some of the key Marico brands.
