Coca-Cola India’s Aditya Swamy joining MTV Networks as new Marketing Head

Close on the heels of the announcement of Vikram Raizada moving on from his responsibilities at MTV Networks’ marketing function, the media major has announced the appointment of Aditya Swamy as Vice-President, Marketing, for the Network.

Swamy, who currently is in the marketing division of Coca-Cola India, takes on his new assignment from mid-June 2006 and would be reporting to MTV Networks’ MD, Amit Jain.

At Coca-Cola India, Swamy has been in the marketing division as GM, Marketing, South Region. He has been with the beverage major for almost eight years now. In his new responsibility at MTV, he would be looking after the marketing functions of all channels, including Vh1 and Nick apart from the flagship channel MTV.
