Changes at Amar Ujala: SN Jha joins as GM; new roles for AP Singh, Virender Pathania, Yadvesh Kumar

Hindi daily Amar Ujala has effected some realignment at the top echelons. SN Jha has joined as GM, Government Business and Mini-Metros. He moves from Ananda Bazaar Patrika. Jha would be based in Delhi and report to Alok Mathur, VP - Media Solutions (National). Incidentally, Mathur has recently joined Amar Ujala from Outlook and reports to Sunil Mutreja, President – Marketing, Amar Ujala group.

In other developments, AP Singh, who was handling Government and Mini-Metros, would now head the Lucknow unit, while Virender Pathania, who was at Lucknow, now moves to Delhi to take charge of SPMD (Circulation) of UP (West) and Uttarakhand.

Yadvesh Kumar has joined as GM (SPMD) for Central and Eastern UP. He moves from Rashtriya Sahara. They will be reporting directly to Sunil Mutreja.
