CavinKare appnts: Jatin Bhatt is VP, Marketing

 FMCG conglomerate CavinKare Pvt Ltd has beefed up its top management with two senior appointments.

Jatin Bhatt has been appointed as Vice President for its Marketing division, while Murali Santhanam has been appointed Executive Vice President for the group’s HR business unit. These appointments have been made in alignment with the aggressive growth and expansion plans of the company.

Commenting on the entry of the two new executive team members, CK Ranganathan, CMD, CavinKare, said, “While Murali brings over 20 years of HR and talent management experience with him, Jatin comes with excellent track records in marketing functions. Both of them will be key members of the company's 'go-forward' leadership team.”

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Murali will be the custodian of HR framework at CavinKare and will help establish the organisation structure, HR policies and procedures, recruitment, induction orientation procedures and training, performance appraisal system, and transfer/ promotion processes.

In the past, he has led the HR function at several leading brands in India and abroad, including Sapient, SHRM India and Consulting, Siemens Information Systems Limited, ANZ Information Technology.

As Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Jatin Bhatt will be responsible for modern trade marketing and strategic alliances. With extensive Indian as well as global experience in marketing, Bhatt has been previously employed with companies such as Pidilite India Ltd, Tata Tea Ltd and Marico India Ltd.

 

Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
