C. F. Moses, Senior Vice-president, Sales, India TV, has resigned from the channel after a two-year stint. Informed sources close to the development informed exchange4media that Moses was joining Shri Adhikari Brothers (SAB) as President, Sales, for the Janmat and the soon-to-be launched Marathi channel ‘Mi Marathi’.
Significantly, Moses is learnt to be taking along the entire sales team at India TV with him to SAB for his new assignment. However, the names and designations of the persons who are leaving India TV alongwith him could not be confirmed at the time of filing this report.
Moses was elevated as Senior VP-Sales at India TV in January this year. He had joined the news channel as Regional Sales Manager (West) in mid-2004 and was subsequently promoted as Vice-president, Sales, in October the same year.
Moses has more than 13 years of experience in time-selling and has been working in media since the coming of cable and satellite (C&S) television in 1993. He has worked in the sales and marketing teams of channels such as NDTV, Sahara TV, Zee Telefilms, ETC and ATN.
