C R Mallikarjundas to head Madison Media Research Centre

C R Mallikarjundas has joined Madison Communications to head Madison Media Research Centre. Prior to this, he was with Tata Interactive as Deputy Practice Head, Simulations. Mallikarjundas, better known in the industry as Malli, has previously been with companies like Starcom, Asian Paints and GroupM ATG.

Confirming the appointment, Punitha Arumugam, Group CEO, Madison Media, said, “I am delighted to have Malli as Director of our Research Centre. He is an outstanding media professional with relevant all-round experience and the technical skills to occupy this critical position at Madison Media. I am sure Malli’s experience at Asian Paints and then at Tata Interactive Systems for the last two years as Deputy Practice Head, Simulations, will help bring a fresh perspective to research and modelling in the media area.”

Malli said, “I am delighted to once again be a part of the media agency industry and can think of no better place than Madison to provide me with a platform to put in place new strategies for Madison’s bluechip clients based on skill sets that I have picked up working across industries and across functions.”

Malli, alongside his work, is pursuing an MS in System Dynamics from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts. He is a product of IIM, Bangalore, with over 10 years of relevant experience.
