Bharti Tele-Ventures rejigs top-level management

Leading telecom conglomerate, Bharti Tele-Ventures Ltd, has announced strategic organisational changes. These changes are aimed to drive growth and accelerate the institutionalisation process at Bharti.

Ashok Juneja, Director, Planning and Special Projects, Mobility, has shifted back to the corporate office as Corporate Director, Network Technology and Projects. He will be responsible for new network technology initiatives.

Hemant Sachdev, Corporate Director, Marketing, will now take over as Group Chief Marketing Officer and Director, Mobility. He will lead and drive the Airtel brand for the group.

Jagdish Kini, Executive Director, South Regional Hub, will now take a non-operational supervisory position and will be based in Bangalore. In his new assignment as a consultant, Kini will assist Bharti in enhancing ‘Customer Service Delivery’. Atul Bindal, Chief Marketing Officer and Director, Mobility, will take over as Executive Director, South Regional Hub, Mobility.

Sunil K Goyal, Senior Vice-President, Strategic Planning Group, will take over as Chief Operating Officer, Mobility for Madhya Pradesh circle from Madhur Taneja. Taneja, who has been COO, Madhya Pradesh, has decided to take on another assignment outside the company.
