Bates141 appoints Kaizad Pardiwalla as Executive VP, Mumbai

Bates141 has announced the appointment of Kaizad Pardiwalla as Executive Vice President for its Mumbai operations. At Bates141, Pardiwalla will be heading the largest office of the agency, which handles key accounts such as Virgin Mobile, TVS, Fiat, Tata AIG, Pfizer, Hindustan Unilever, and ICICI Bank Credit Cards, among others.

Welcoming Pardiwalla to Bates141, Chairman and Regional Executive Creative Director Sonal Dabral said, “Bates141 Mumbai office is the growth and fame driver for the organisation, and in Kaizad we found a perfect amalgamation of a good sensitive leader as well as someone who was passionate about putting good work out.”

On his return to mainstream advertising, Pardiwalla said, “I am delighted to join Bates141. It’s a meeting of minds and purpose and that’s what makes my joining Pat and the team so special. Bates141 has a clear vision for the future and I look forward to being an integral part of the team to fulfil that vision.”

Pardiwalla, who has over 15 years’ experience, began his career with Lowe Lintas in 1995, before moving on to O&M. In his career stint, he has spent around 13 years with various divisions of O&M. In 2004, he was appointed Business Director for OgilvyOne Worldwide, the digital and marketing division of O&M, where he was heading the western region operations.

Pardiwalla took charge as National Head of OgilvyOne India in 2007 and was actively involved in making it one of the largest digital and direct marketing agencies in India. Under his leadership, OgilvyOne Worldwide serviced key clients such as American Express, Cadbury, Cisco, IBM, ICICI Lombard, ITC, The Economist, and Vodafone, to name a few.
