Asianet News appoints Pradeep Thomas as Regional Manager

Asianet News has appointed Pradeep Thomas as Regional Manager. He has taken charge from March 12, reporting to Deputy General Manager, Unni Krishnan BK. In his new role, Thomas will be responsible for overseeing the sales of three states i.e. Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to exchange4media, Thomas said, “My core focus will be to sell the Asianet News portal and Best FM radio stations. I am confident that I can prove myself in these two new verticals.”

Prior to this, Thomas was heading sales in south for Mahuaa TV for one and a half years. The stint before that was with Suvarna TV as the head of sales for Karnataka in 2007. He worked there for more than three and a half years and played an instrumental role in developing the market for the brand.

He has more than 13 years of experience. He began his career in 1999 in Coimbatore at an advertising agency. He has also worked with Texmo Industries and ETV Network.
