Ashit Kukian appointed Radio City National Sales Head

The key management positions at Radio City are finally complete. The station has been putting its top management in place following Apurva Purohit taking charge as the CEO. The recent addition to the team is National Head – Corporate Sales, Ashit Kukian.

As is known, City had lately taken on board Disney’s Saurabh Kanwar as National Marketing Head, while UTV’s Vikas Varma joined the station as National Programming Head. The only slot left vacant, after Sandeep Sharma put in his papers in June, was that of sales. Senior officials from the organisation confirmed that it was now filled up with Kukian’s appointment.

In the period since Sharma’s exit, City has seen temporary arrangements. With Kukian’s appointment, the search has stopped. Prior to this, Kukian was involved with Zoom as Regional Sales Head for the West and East zones. He will take charge at City in November.
