Anita Noronha, formerly with Sahara as Marketing Head, is all set to start out with her new venture – Team Twin. Team Twin aims to help in creating branded communities using movies as a button. Based in Mumbai, the new company is in talks to collaborate with various companies that have expertise in web development.
Elaborating on her new venture, Noronha said, “After 23 years in the business of creating and sustaining brands, that ‘little extra’ comes by understanding how to be the ‘insider’ on the outside. Team Twin is a simple response from clients and brand owners ‘this is what I need’. It’s about collaborating with the best in the business across practices like creative, research, events, PR, digital, etc., to create awareness, interest and desire. We would like to share learning, advice and work together on strategy and creative.”
Noronha had joined Sahara in February 2008 and was with them till January 2009, where she was Marketing Head. Prior to joining Sahara, she was with Reliance, where she had worked for two years. At Reliance, Noronha had worked on building a promotional platform for movies. She had also worked in building the well-known movie rental platform there, called BigFlix.
Noronha has in the past also worked with UTV Motion Pictures, where she was GM - Marketing and was there for a little over on year. She had also been with Advertising Solutions for Aptech, Shyam Ahuja, CMS Computers, Nestle India, GPI, Heinz India, HDFC Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Lovable Lingerie, Bajaj Auto, Raymond, Lakme Levers, Godrej Appliances, and in Marketing Solutions for Lintertainment.
