Amit Kishore bids adieu to Mediaedge, joins Insight Media

Amit Kishore, Group Media Head, Mediaedge CIA, has joined as Media Director, Insight Media, the media-buying wing of Lowe. Confirming the news to, Pavan Varshnei, Head, Insight Media, said Kishore would be based in Mumbai and look after key accounts like Videocon, Pantaloon and Sansui. As Insight Media has been in the process of acquiring five major clients, recruitments were taking place to handle the new businesses, Varshnei said.

Kishore was featured in the November 2003 issue of ‘Pitch’ as one of the top 10 upcoming media professionals in the country. He has varied experience having worked as web analyst at, senior client service executive with TAM Media and Senior Manager, audience development and e-marketing at Indigo Radio. He had a brief stint with NFO-MBL India as Marketing Manager before moving to Mediaedge CIA.


Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
