After moving out of Publicis Ambience, it is learnt that Prasanna Sankhe has joined Alok Nanda & Co (ANC) to head its new design unit.
Though no official confirmation was available at the time of filing the report, according industry grapevine, Sankhe has already joined the agency and is all geared to set up the new unit.
No further information available on the other aspects of the new unit formed at ANC.
Sankhe had recently quit Publicis Ambience, where he was National Creative Director, ending an over decade-long journey. It may be recalled that while confirming his exit from the agency, Sankhe had said that he was evaluating a couple of advertising options, including one opportunity in the field of design, which was a challenging one.
During his decade long stint with Publicis Ambience, Sankhe was instrumental in conceptualising the campaigns for RBI and Park Avenue’s deodorant brands.
It is a comeback for Sankhe to ANC. He had earlier joined the agency in 2003 and had worked there for three years.
Sankhe had started his career with Publicis in 2000 and was back again post ANC for a second stint at Publicis Ambience. In October 2007, he was promoted to National Creative Director along with Ashish Khazanchi, when the agency moved to a dual-NCD structure.
