TV18, a listed subsidiary of Network18, has strengthened its editorial leadership team, with new roles being assigned to senior editorial executives and founding team members of CNBC-TV18, Senthil Chengalvarayan and Udayan Mukherjee.
While Chengalvarayan has been elevated to President and Group Editorial Director, TV18 Business Media, Mukherjee takes charge as Managing Editor, CNBC-TV18.

In the last couple of years, TV18 has initiated a series of expansionary initiatives within the business and consumer space, extending its bouquet of offerings into the print and information services domain in addition to television and the Internet. TV18’s print foray was initiated with the acquisition of Infomedia, a key player in India’s B2B publishing and printing operations space, which operates special interest titles such as ‘Chip’, ‘Overdrive’, ‘T3’, etc.
Over the last decade, TV18 has been a defining influence in business media space in India, through its market leading offerings in the television (CNBC-TV18 and CNBC Awaaz) and the online (Web18) space.
