Western Railway’s tender call for ad rights at Shastri Bridge, Indore

Western Railway has invited sealed tenders under the ‘two-packet’ system for licensing out ad rights for display of advertisements through hoardings at Shastri Bridge, Indore within the Railway premises. The contract shall be awarded for a period of five years and EMD has been fixed at Rs 70,000.

Tender forms costing Rs 5,000 can be obtained from the office of the Divisional Commercial Manager, Commercial Branch, Western Railway, Do Batti, Ratlam, on all working days up to September 13, 2010. The cash receipt can be obtained from any railway station within Ratlam division.

The tender forms can also be downloaded from the website. However, in that case, a demand draft of Rs 5,000 in favour of Senior Divisional Finance Manager, Ratlam, Western Railway, should be submitted along with the tender forms.

The license fee shall be subject to an annually compounded escalation of 10 per cent from the second year onwards.

Duly completed tenders should be sent to the Office of the Divisional Railway Manager, Commercial Branch, Western Railway, Do Batti, Ratlam, by 12 pm on September 15, 2010. The tenders will be opened the same day at 12.30 pm.
