West Central Railway invites tenders for hoardings within Kota division

West Central Railway has invited sealed tenders for awarding sole advertisement rights for display of hoardings at LC gates of clusters A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-5 within the Kota division.

The total advertisement space offered is 11,200 sq. ft comprising 2,400 sq. ft space for cluster A-1; 3,200 sq. ft for cluster A-2; 3,200 sq. ft for cluster A-3; and 2,400 sq. ft for cluster A-5. The contract shall be awarded for a period of five years.

The minimum reserve price for the first year for clusters A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-5 are Rs 1.32 lakh, Rs 2.72 lakh, Rs 1.76 lakh and Rs 1.84 lakh, respectively. The total number of hoardings allowed in these four clusters is 12, 16, 16 and 12 respectively. The license fee from the second year onwards shall be annually enhanced by 10 per cent, 15 per cent, 20 per cent and 25 per cent, respectively, over the previous year’s license fee.

The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for each cluster is Rs 10,000. The EMD shall be deposited through a bank draft, pay order or banker’s cheque drawn in favour of Senior Divisional Finance Manager, West Central Railway, Kota.

The specified size of the each hoarding is 20’ x 10’. Successful bidders shall be required to display two hoardings on each LC gate on identified location without causing any hindrance to railway working, safety and road transport.

Interested parties can apply for more than one cluster, but they will have to apply through separate tender form and submit individual earnest money for each cluster.

Tender documents indicating complete details can be procured from the office of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Commercial Branch, Kota, on payment of Rs 2,000 for each cluster on any working day up to 5 pm on October 28, 2010.

If the tender forms are downloaded from the website, the requisite amount towards cost of tender document may be paid through a demand draft drawn in favour of Senior Divisional Finance Manager, West Central Railway, Kota.

Duly filled tender forms will have to be submitted at the office of the Divisional Commercial Manager, West Central Railway, Kota, latest by 1 pm on October 29, 2010.The tenders will be opened the same day at 4 pm.
