The Office of the Cantonment Board, Agra, invites bids for display boards

The Office of the Cantonment Board, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, has invited sealed bids from interested parties for the installation of advertisement display boards on various roads within its jurisdiction. The contract shall be awarded for a period of two years. A demand draft of Rs 2 lakh towards EMD will have to be submitted along with the bids.

Interested parties can submit the application to avail the tender forms latest by November 15, 2010.

In order to procure the tender forms, the applicants will need to submit copies of their registration certificate, service tax and income tax clearance certificates, along with their applications.

Tender forms, along with complete details of this offer, can be obtained on payment of Rs 2,000, up to November 16, 2010.

The duly completed tender forms will have to be submitted to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Agra, latest by 12 pm on November 18, 2010. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 12.30 pm.
