Star Plus’s latest show ‘Veera – Ek Anokhi Ma’, which went on air early this week, has used the outdoor medium extensively, as part of its marketing initiatives. The campaign is currently active in Mumbai and Delhi.
The 10-day campaign has been executed by DDB MudraMax in both the cities. Pure Media has helped in execution of the campaign in Delhi outdoor.
The channel has used traditional outdoor, transit media in the form of bus panels and at metro stations as well as properties within and outside trade and media agencies.
Commenting on the campaign objective Nikhil Madhok, Senior Vice President – Marketing, Star Plus said, “Veera showcases a unique relationship where the brother almost becomes a parent to his sister. From a marketing point of view, our communication thought was very strong where we have highlighted this uniqueness and made him into his sister’s ‘Anokhi Maa’. We wanted our creative to generate curiosity and buzz among viewers about the show; it seems to have captured eyeballs and generated positive reviews.”
The channel is also looking to roll out few below the line activities in the coming days.
