Safidon Municipal Corp invites tenders for wide range of OOH media properties

The Safidon Municipal Corporation (Jind), Haryana, has invited tenders for ad rights for a wide range of outdoor media properties at different locations in its premises. The media properties being offered include 50 unipoles, 25 hoardings and 100 kiosks. The contract shall be awarded for a period of three years. The minimum reserve price has been fixed at Rs 10 lakh for one year.

As per the tender notice, the specified sizes of unipoles and kiosks shall be 20' X 10' and 24" X 36", respectively.

Interested agencies and individuals should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 20 lakh. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Safidon Municipal Corporation on any working day until 5 pm on August 16, 2010, on payment of Rs 500.

Interested agencies and individuals are required to deposit the EMD of Rs 1 lakh through demand draft drawn in favour of Secretary, Safidon Municipal Corporation, along with the bid.

The contract shall be valid for three years from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2013. From second year onwards, the license fee shall be subject to an annually compounded escalation of 10 per cent.

Successful bidders shall be required to make an agreement within one week from the date of the contract being awarded. Duly completed tender forms need to be submitted at the office of Safidon Municipal Corporation by 3 pm on August 17, 2010.
